The platform shall not be used for illegal acts, attacks or interference with systems, bypassing of rights restrictions, collecting data in bulk, infringing intellectual property or the privacy of others, or posting fraud, violence, pornography, discrimination, infringement or other harmful content.
The materials provided by the courses, software, page design and platform are protected by intellectual property law. No copy, distribution, sale, reverse engineering or use of unauthorized commercial training shall be made, except with the explicit permission of the page.
You reserve the right to original content under the law and authorise the use of the Platform to the extent necessary to provide, display and promote related services. The Platform may take measures, such as restricting the display, removal or account restriction of contents that are in violation of the rules.
The prices of goods, inventory, distribution, course entitlements and refund conditions shall be determined on the order page and in accordance with the applicable post-sale rules. Changes caused by irresistible, user-related or third-party services shall be dealt with in accordance with the law in consultation.
To maintain security, repair failures or upgrade functionalities, the platform may make necessary adjustments or short interruptions, and as early as possible. We will provide reasonable explanations and ways to address significant changes affecting the core interests of users.
Each party shall be held liable by law for its own wrongdoing. In the event of a dispute, friendly consultation shall be conducted; the non-negotiations shall be handled by the courts of the people having jurisdiction in accordance with the law applicable.
