Effective date: July 19, 26 This policy describes how Bubble Wise processes personal information when providing accounts, courses, business cities, community and device control services.

The information we collect

Account registration and log-in may process mobile phone numbers, account IDs, usernames and encrypted passwords; learning progress, order and shipment information, publication content and necessary logs are also processed when using courses, trading cities and communities. We do not require any information that is not related to the service.

Purpose and basis of processing

The information is used to complete identity verification, complete coursework or goods services, preserve learning progress, maintain community order, secure accounts and system security, and improve services when consent is obtained or permitted by law.

Sharing, commissioning and public

We will not sell or provide personal information to third parties except for the completion of necessary services such as payment, logistics, texting, fulfilling legal obligations, or obtaining your exclusive consent.

The term of storage

We only keep information for the purposes of the service and for the period required by law. After the account is cancelled, the relevant information will be deleted or processed anonymously in accordance with law; orders, transactions and security logs may be kept for a legal period.

Your rights

You can request or correct account information through the Personal Center and you can request a copy, deletion, revocation of authorization or cancellation of an account. We will explain why we cannot process it immediately when it comes to legal retention obligations or other human rights interests.

Protecting Minors

Minors should use the platform under the guidance and consent of their guardian. When using school or teacher-organized teaching, appropriate authorization should be ensured and sensitive information that identifies minors should be avoided in public communities.

Security and incident response

We use access control, password encryption, log audit and minimum authorization to protect information. We will notify you of any security incident that may affect the rights of users by taking legal action and providing in-site notifications.

Updates and contacts

Major policy changes are prompted through a page or on-site announcement. Privacy-related consultations, complaints or rights requests can be submitted via the operating contact form listed on the page, which we will process after verifying identity.
